Анотація

Стаття присвячена питанню розбудови ефективного освітнього середовища з інклюзивною формою навчання. Одним з важливих складників ефективності такого середовища ми вважаємо розвинений у вчителя та учнів класу емоційний інтелект. Нами проаналізовано різноаспектні дослідження емоційного інтелекту як чинника успіху у навчальній діяльності, соціальному розвитку учнів, а також методичні напрацювання дослідників щодо технології «Класний менеджмент» у контексті формування певних рис емоційної компетентності учнів закладів загальної середньої освіти. Головною спрямованістю нашої статті є систематизація ресурсів «Класного менеджменту» як засобу впливу на формування емоційного інтелекту учнів інклюзивних класів, а також перевірка дієвості цього впливу стосовно кожного структурного компонента емоційного інтелекту. У своїй роботі ми спираємося на Нову багаторівневу модель емоційного інтелекту (Drigas & Papoutsi), яку ми модифікували у відповідності до психологічних особливостей учнів початкової школи. До кожного рівня цієї Моделі нами підібрано методи впливу з ресурсної бази технології «Класний менеджмент». Наше дослідження, що охоплює 6 класів державних і 5 класів приватних шкіл, проводилося з використанням методів: прогнозування, опитування, напівструктуроване інтерв’ю, критеріальне оцінювання, педагогічний експеримент, аналіз продуктів діяльності, неперервний експертний коучинг. Критерії для оцінювання стану освітнього середовища розроблено експертами з опорою на групи ресурсів класного менеджменту, що сприяють формуванню соціально-емоційних якостей учнів. Педагогічний експеримент тривав 8 місяців та полягав у цілеспрямованому навчанні педагогів та неперервному експертному коучингові здійснюваного ними освітнього процесу. Отримані результати експерименту свідчать про позитивну динаміку щодо компетентності педагогів у використанні ресурсів середовища для формування емоційного інтелекту учнів та розбудови атмосфери емоційного благополуччя у класі, що дає змогу підвищити технологічність педагогів у практиці впровадження дієвого й сприятливого для усіх учасників освітнього процесу у закладі освіти.
